Some relief

Well, seems to be good day today. Weighing machine gave me a good news. Moving towards resolution made yesterday both in terms of weight and speed. For speed, its always slow to start. Takes almost 5 minutes to settle down. Need to improve on that.

Had a light dinner(comparatively) of just 1 and half roti which paid today. I should follow some consistency when checking weight. I check weight after mornings breakfast and workout, of which breakfast part is not very consistent.

Will again be baddy tonight :)

Resolution Day

Today i was hoping that, the weight would be around 91.9. But it turned out that i was hoping against the odds. The weighting machine does not lie. Now I clearly remeber the 3 spoons of ghee floating on my rice and daal. Unarguably an heavy dinner :(.

When will I get over these heavy dinners?

Resolution I: Below 90 before 8th of March.
Resolution II : Average speed of 25 kms before 10th of march.

No weight check today. Kind of mixed weekend. Ate parathas yesterday afternoon. workouts yesterday. dinner a bit on heavy side. 2 and half roties.

Today good cycling. again a bit heavy dinner. Maggie and bhel :(

Was thinking of starting the blog since long(since my weight was 94.5, which is now 92.6). Finally doing it today.

This might be the 21st day of cycling. Will update last days once I get time.

Today : weight 92.68
Cycling: in morning 12.62 kms Time 33.12. Will figure out how I can update the routes here.
